Hey, thanks for tuning in to another Partner Interview at EcomBalance. At EcomBalance, we’re all about creating win-win partnerships where we are able to grow with other companies in the eCommerce space.

In this exclusive interview, we interview Will Haire from BellaVix, a leading marketplace management agency helping established consumer brands penetrate and grow on Amazon and Walmart.

Will Haire is the Cofounder of BellaVix which is a full-service Marketplace Marketing Agency for direct to consumer retail brands who want to aggressively grow sales on the world’s largest marketplaces like Amazon and WalMart. Will has worked with eCommerce businesses for many years in leading the strategic planning, implementation, and tactical execution of marketing strategies for products across all Amazon business segments. With responsibilities for channel growth strategies and achieving revenue and margin goals, his portfolio includes companies like Instant Pot, Pyrex, Derma E, Think, and Outward Hound.

We hope that you enjoy the interview and that it brings value to you as an eCommerce business owner.

Connor: Hey Will, thanks for taking the time to chat with us here. We love getting to know our partners better so that our community can benefit from what our partners are offering and doing in the industry. To get started, can you give us a high-level overview of BellaVix and how it got started?

Will: BellaVix is a Marketplace Management Company for direct to consumer retail brands who want to aggressively grow sales on the world’s largest marketplaces like Amazon and WalMart. We are like your fractional Marketplace Marketing Department.

Connor: That’s awesome! Can you dive a bit more into the products and services that you offer to help achieve brand success and multiply sales? I’m sure our audience would love to know exactly what problems you could solve for them.

Will: We offer full management services from maintaining near perfect account health to implementing the right strategies to help grow brands on the different marketplaces. Typically we see a slew of problems limiting success on the platform from improper SEO, ineffective advertising and poor catalog management. Following best practices and leveraging different marketing and advertising tactics is the recipe for success.

Connor: Jumping off of that…if there was one problem you’d say that BellaVix solves best for your clients, what would it be? Why?

Will: Sales Plateau. We understand the full scope of needs to happen to help a brand overcome stagnation in the account. Our team works relentlessly to deliver results.

Connor: As the company continues to grow over the next year, what are your plans for expansion? Any new products or offerings or enhancements to your current products?

Will: We have recently expanded our services into Walmart. We are always continuing to figure out different ways to expand our services and maximize our value to our partners. As of recently, we are rolling out Amazon Live service offering as well as Editorial Recommendations and some off Amazon advertising tactics.

Connor: And how specifically would you say that BellaVix and your team is different from other marketplace management agencies in the industry?

Will: We pride ourselves on delivering world-class services by world-class people. BellaVix limits the number of accounts our teams work on so we can maintain that boutique, high-touch quality of services our partners have come to expect from us.

Connor: What made you decide to get involved in the marketplace management space? What’s your starting eCommerce story? From what we’ve found, a lot of business owners in the space have fun stories of how they first started…

Will: In a past life, I was a licensed electrician in the power industry due to my time in the US Military. After graduating from Quinnipiac, I left a comfortable six-figure position to go make minimum wage at a startup. I’ve been solving complicated marketing problems for eCommerce businesses since. I love what I do 🙂

Connor: Love it! Talking more about the eCommerce industry, where do you see it going in the next 1-2 years? Any unique predictions that you could share?

Will: Shoppable videos are going to continue dominating the search results We are seeing more advertising features and programs like Amazon Live taking off for some of the brands we work with. I expect to see the trend continue, and video being a consistent part of the Amazon shopping experience.

Connor: Giving you an open mic for a minute, what is something you’d want the EcomBalance audience to hear?

Will:

We have recently been named the number one Amazon PPC Agency by Manifest. We are pretty proud of that shout-out.

Connor: Changing gears a little bit…When it comes to bookkeeping and accounting, what do you think the biggest pain points for business owners are? Feel free to speak from personal experience as well.

Will: Keeping up on top of the ins and outs of what’s going on in your bank accounts. I’ve had several instances where someone got my credit card fraudulently and started making changes. Luckily, we were able to catch it early and have the money refunded. But, it can get tricky as you grow and have a lot more expenses and people using cards.

Connor: As we close this out, I just have one more question. Where is the best place to find and follow you and the company online? Also, if you have one, is there any special offer that you’ll be offering to the community today?

Will: Follow me on LinkedIn or come check us out at BellaVix.com

We are offering a free consultation with a strategist. We will need access to your account in order to provide you with a comprehensive consultation.
