Connor: Hey Catherine, thanks for taking the time to chat with us today. As a company, one of our goals is to highlight our partners so that our clients can benefit where it makes most sense. To get started, can you give us a high-level introduction to LHM International and a little bit about how the company got started?

Catherine: LHM International is an online ecosystem for business and personal growth led by me, internationally recognized business and personal growth coach with client base worldwide. I enjoy the distinction of being certificated by the Goldman Sachs 10 000 Women Program for Business Development and receiving the Top 20 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Future of Work, Top 100 Women B2B Thought Leaders, Top 100 B2B Thought Leaders and Influencers on Technology 3 years in a row and Top 30 Under 30 Young Leaders awards. I am a TEDx Keynote Speaker, Bestselling Author, as well as a Human Potential Thought Leader and MENSA member with IQ > 156 (<1% of human population). I am also known as LinkedIn Wonder Woman.

LHM International offers: My signature programs via LHM Academia e-learning platform, 1:1 and group coaching, public speaking as well as website development. Against all odds, after surviving bombing of former Yugoslavia, deadly illness and becoming mom after diagnosed infertility, I realized that everything is possible and I dedicated my life to help people realize their greatest potential, do what they love and live free. As a former programmer I easily understood the power of algorithms on web and after gaining traction on social media when my book became a bestseller, I used that power to build my own personal brand and community from which my business was born.

Connor: Thanks for sharing that! Can you dive a bit more into the products and services that you offer to help further the growth of e-commerce entrepreneurs? Our audience is always looking for reputable companies that they can lean on for specific parts of their eCommerce businesses.

Connor: Jumping off of that…when you’re thinking about your ideal customer, who is that? Where are they selling online? Where are they located in the world? How much sales do they typically have in a year? If there’s any other qualities, please include them as well. We’re all about making introductions where it benefits both parties.

Catherine: ECommerce – everything that can be sold online – Coaches, Consultants, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, CEOs who are looking to grow their businesses online, are all a perfect fit for business growth via LinkedIn. They are all selling online. They are located anywhere in the world. The best fit are both B2B and B2C.

Connor: For our audience to truly understand what makes you stand out from other companies in the business coaching and e-learning space, can you share a story of how LHM International truly helped one of its customers?

Catherine: Testimonials: https://catherinebroy.com/testimonials/

I worked with Barbara Vercruysse on building her personal brand and business on LinkedIn. Barbara Vercruysse went viral on her very first LinkedIn video using the #networking hashtag which has over 3.5 million followers. She reached over a million views and got hired by Microsoft, United Nations Girl Up Foundation and Digital Enterprise Show as a public speaker, she was invited on countless events, interviews, summits, podcasts, conferences and awarded as #1 Top 50 Global Thought Leaders on Mental Health. Barbara will soon speak on Harvard University.

“Catherine is one of the most caring, smartest and talented business coaches I worked with. She gave me some amazing insights on how to get my message widely spread on LinkedIn. I couldn’t think of a more experienced and professional coach in this field. She truly walks the talk and has proven to be successful in what she teaches. She is a true expert!”

Barbara Vercruysse,
Global Kindness Advocate, Vice-President PWI, Quality Manager in BMW.

Afterwards, Barbara and I worked on her new web platform, and she is now regularly landing high ticket clients via LinkedIn and https://www.barbaravercruysse.com/

Connor: As you and your company think about the next year ahead, what does it look like? Are there any specific initiatives that you’re working on as a team to better your product or service for your customers?

Catherine: We are always searching for better ways and better solutions. The next step is public launch of LHM Academia’s signature programs and further development of our ecosystem which will include the best experts for business and personal growth so we can help more people.

Connor: How about this…everyone loves a company’s growth story. We all naturally go through ups and downs as a company. What was one of the biggest challenges that the company faced in its growing stages?

Catherine: There are actually a lot of challenges. Business, accounting, marketing, HR, management, sales, IT have their own challenges, but I believe keeping up with market transformations and implementing new technologies especially automating business processes might be the most important.

Connor: Thanks! Let’s talk some eCommerce! Where do you see the industry heading in the next 1-2 years? Any big changes that you’re predicting for the industry? How can eCommerce companies prepare for it?

Catherine: Artificial intelligence is taking over everything that’s on web and with a mix of Web3 markets eCommerce might look very differently. eCommerce will become everything. Every business which can sell online will become eCommerce. This is one of the biggest growing industries and that trend will continue to grow. Automation will be on higher level and importance of eCommerce will become one of the top priorities of every company, especially after experience with Covid –online identification will allow practically everything to be done online and eCommerce will follow that path. Every service which supports eCommerce will also grow.

Connor: Changing gears a little bit…When it comes to bookkeeping and accounting, what do you think the biggest pain points for eCommerce business owners are? Feel free to speak from personal experience as well.

Catherine: Two things. The first one is volume of sales, especially low-ticket sales and costs, especially advertisement costs which are not fixed need to be automatically processed and the second one is different laws in different countries which must be included in bookkeeping and accounting.

Connor: Okay, here’s an open mic opportunity. If there’s one thing that you’d want the EcomBalance community to hear from you, what would it be?

Catherine: LinkedIn is gold mine for business growth. Everyone is in business mindset. Everyone is looking to do business. If we learn how to use algorithm in our favor and connect with “the right people” potential is unlimited. In my case, thanks to LinkedIn, Google search results of my name went from few thousands to 20-200million and for my book at one moment even above billion search results! Companies like Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, TEDx reached out to me via LinkedIn, not even to mention countless opportunities, events, interviews, podcasts, summits, magazines, even media.

For example: I believe that with eCommerce trend of growth especially including AI and web3 in this field EcomBalance has a potential to grow enormously. When everything becomes eCommerce, every business will need EcomBalance. If EcomBalance make a connection now with big players like Goldman Sachs or Microsoft for example, and actually sell their license to these huge players (and their B2B clients) there are no limits. And the best way to get to these big players is via LinkedIn. So, here we have an open space to work together. Actually, we all have an open space to work together.

Connor: As we close this out, I just have one more question. Where is the best place to find and follow you and the company online? Also, if you have one, is there any special offer that you’ll be offering to the community today?
